The founder and manager of Clínica Tebon, Dr. Carlos Téllez Egea, studied Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Granada, one of the most prestigious in the country. Later, he specialized in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery via MIR at the Regional University Hospital of Malaga.
During his training, he has completed his fellowships and hospital stays in the most prestigious national centers such as theTeknon Clinic in Barcelona.
Dr. Carlos Téllez Egea has a Master in Aesthetic Medicine from the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid.
He frequently attends conferences and courses of national and international scope. He also collaborates as a teacher in the Course of High Performance MIR Asturias for the preparation of doctors for the MIR exam.
Since 2011 he has been part of the Plastic Surgery and Burns Service of the Regional Hospital of Malaga, focusing her activity on the Breast Reconstruction Unit of the Maternal-Infant Hospital, as well as participating in the Gender Reassignment Unit of the same hospital.
Later, he obtained a permanent position in the Public Health System at the University Hospital of Jerez de la Frontera, where he worked for one year, focusing his activity on breast reconstruction.
Subsequently, Dr. Carlos Téllez Egea obtained a transfer through a competitive relocation process to return to the Regional Hospital of Málaga, where he trained, in order to combine his work in the public healthcare system with his private practice in the same city.
