Our physiotherapist Carmen Zamora studied at the University of Malaga, where she was awarded with the extraordinary end-of-race prize for being first of her class.
After finishing her studies, she worked in the private sector treating adults and children and teaching therapeutic exercises in group in room and swimming pool. In public system she works at the Costa del Sol Hospital (Marbella) where her main areas of action are lymphatic drainage, adult neurology and neuropediatrics units.
She has an extensive training in a wide variety of techniques and areas of physiotherapy. She is currently a teacher in courses aimed at coaches and physiotherapists as a specialist in the hip and lumbar area, as well as being an active researcher in chronic pain and periodically publishing an important blog.
