Dr. Covadonga F. Carrodeguas has a degree in Medicine from the University of Santiago de Compostela. Later, he specialized in Psychiatry, via MIR, at the Regional University Hospital of Malaga, for 4 years.
During this training period, in addition to taking various courses, as well as attending conferences and publications, he completed his training with a stay at the Bellvitge University Hospital, to train in Electroconvulsive Therapy and other physical therapies and another stay in the Psychogeriatric Unit of the University Hospital Complex of Santiago de Compostela.
Dr. Covadonga Fernández Carrodeguas is also a member of the Spanish Society of Psychogeriatrics and has an Expert in Bipolar Disorder (University of Barcelona) and a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapies, Integrative Perspective (University of Alcalá de Henares).
Currently, Dr. F. Carrodeguas combines her activity in private medicine with assistance in the public sphere (Andalusian Health System), at the Regional University Hospital of Malaga.
